The site regularly hosts waterfowl, waders, grassland species, and several seasonal visitors, making it a reliable location for varied sightings throughout the year. Its peaceful landscape and rich bird activity offer excellent opportunities for both beginners and experienced birders to observe species at close range. Our private birdwalk at the Maina–Raia wetland is available in two daily slots: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The guided session covers high-activity zones around the wetland, helping you explore target species, understand habitat interactions, and enjoy steady observation in a relaxed setting. Guests may book any preferred date, making this an ideal personalised experience for travellers, families, photographers, or anyone seeking an engaging wetland birding session in a serene and species-rich habitat.
