Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our team.
 
Participant Cancellations

• 7 days or more before the event: 75% refund

• 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 3 days before the event or no-shows: No refund

Cancellations by WildFootprints
If an event is cancelled by WildFootprints due to weather, safety, or unforeseen reasons, participants will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule.

Transfer of Booking
Bookings can be transferred to another participant up to 48 hours before the event, with prior notice. The new participant must complete the registration form before joining.

Group Bookings
Refunds for group or institutional bookings will follow the same timeline and conditions as above, unless otherwise stated in writing at the time of booking.
