By booking or participating in any WildFootprints activity, you agree to the following terms:

Bookings and Payments

All bookings must be made through our official website or approved registration forms.

A 50% advance payment confirms your spot.

The remaining amount must be paid before the event begins.

Payment methods include UPI, bank transfer, or other digital options listed on the booking page.

Safety and Conduct

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by WildFootprints guides.

Respect for wildlife, local communities, and natural habitats is mandatory.

WildFootprints is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Participants must inform the team in advance of any health concerns or medical conditions.

Environmental Guidelines

All programs follow a Zero-Waste and Leave-No-Trace approach.

Please avoid single-use plastics and littering.
-
Disruptive or unsafe behavior may lead to removal from the event without refund.

Children Participation
-
Nature walks – 6 years and above
-
Short treks – 10 years and above
-
Overnight camps – 12 years and above (or accompanied by a parent/guardian)

Children below 18 must be supervised by an adult.

Group Bookings

Private and school groups are welcome.

Group size limits depend on the location and activity type.

A 50% advance is required to confirm the booking.

Any change in group size or date must be shared at least 5 days in advance.

Adequate adult supervision is mandatory for school or institutional groups.

Liability Waiver
Participation in outdoor activities is voluntary and involves inherent risks. By registering, participants agree that WildFootprints, its guides, and partners are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the activity.

Weather and Schedule Changes
WildFootprints may modify, postpone, or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or permission issues. In such cases, alternate dates or refunds will be offered as per our refund policy.
