To customise the experience, we first understand your requirements including species of interest, duration, and desired habitats and then design a detailed itinerary. Pricing is finalised after the plan is structured, ensuring complete flexibility for the guest. This service is ideal for solo birders, families, small groups, and photographers seeking a personalised, professional, and results-focused birding experience across Goa.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings for customised birding tours are confirmed only after we receive the guest’s requirements and provide a final quotation. 50% payment is required to secure the chosen date and itinerary. Guests may cancel their booking; however, a 50 per cent refund will be issued only if the cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour. Cancellations made within 72 hours are non-refundable, as guide time and planning are allocated in advance. By confirming the booking, participants acknowledge that they are joining the tour at their own risk and agree not to hold the organisers liable for any injury, loss, or damage during the activity. Guests must also ensure they are physically fit for the field conditions and follow all safety instructions provided by the guide.
